Red Lion Sewer Repairs and Improvements

November 7, 2018

In 2017, Red Lion Municipal Authority (RLMA) took on the task and had a contractor clean and televise more than 81,000 linear feet of sewer mains and cleaned and inspected over 550 manholes located within Red Lion Borough.  Over 2018-2019, RLMA will hire a contractor(s) to either repair or replace sewer main and complete maintenance of any manholes needing attention.

A Notice to Proceed was given to the 3 contractors for November 5, 2018.  The contractors will have 120 days to complete their work.  If a contractor must enter onto your property within the right-of-way, they will attempt to make you aware a day in advance.

RLMA wants to thank the residents and public that may be affected by this activity in advance for their cooperation.

North Camp Street Main Replacement

October 17, 2018 Update
This water main replacement project is coming to an end. The rainy weather did not cooperate with the contractor on this project, but the water main and the service lines have been installed. You will also notice that a new fire hydrant replaced an old fire hydrant and it is at a different location. The contractor, MacMor Construction, has some punchlist items to complete before we can close this project. Red Lion Municipal Authority wants to thank the residents and public that travel through this area, as well as Windsor Borough and Windsor Township for their cooperation during the construction time
