T'ai Chi Chih

Are you stressed? Looking for better health?
T’ai Chi Chih (pronounced “Tie Chee Chuh”) is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T’ai Chi Chih movements helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi.

Benefits may include:
 • Relaxation and Reduction of Stress  
• Improved Circulation 
• Increased Energy and Endurance 
• Improved Concentration and Creativity 
• Effect on Blood Pressure and Weight Control 
• Improved Balance, Flexibility and Coordination 
The movements can be performed by almost everyone regardless of age or physical condition.
A seated version will also be taught if necessary for those that may be unable to stand for the entire session.
Dress comfortable and bring a bottle of room temperature water.
