RED LION RECREATION OFFERING NEW FIT-N-SLIM CLASS FOR WOMEN
Red Lion Recreation is offering a new 60-minute exercise class for women, Fit-n-Slim, at the Community Building in Fairmount Park.  The class can help participants burn body fat as they build lean muscle and boost their metabolism.  Developed by See And Feel The Difference, a provider of women's fitness classes throughout York County since 1990, this total body workout is based on the group's experience working with thousands of women over the last 18 years.  When combined with healthy eating, aerobic exercise can help manage weight.  Resistance training tones muscle and improves strength.
 
Try this class twice a week for ten weeks to see and feel the difference.  Participants should bring 3 - 5 lb. hand-held weights and an exercise mat.  Classes run every 10 weeks all year long.  All fitness levels are welcome.
 
BELLY BLASTERS:  Tired of that spare tire around your midsection?  Can’t seem to get rid of that belly bulge? Trim  your entire torso area.  Burn excess calories and body fat while sculpting your abs & waist.  The cardio intervals burn fat and boost energy.  Muscle conditioning focuses on defining the torso and developing core strength.
 
YOGA:  Bend and stretch and get firm the gentle way! 
 
Classes For Young Girls & Mothers:
 
FITNESS UNLIMITED 2:  This is an awesome program designed to introduce the benefits of regular exercise to your daughter in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th grade!  Feeling great keeps us motivated to exercise regularly and helping your daughter now to make exercise a part of her daily rouine will have life-long benefits.  This exciting class uses motivating music and addresses all areas of physical fitness including aerobic fitness, muscle conditioning and flexibility.  Mothers can participate with their daughters in this class as NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
