  1. Please call our office at 717-244-3475 to make sure your requested date is available BEFORE you submit your application.
  2. Complete the application and return to our office ASAP.  You can fax it to 717-246-0455, mail it to Red Lion Borough Office, P.O. Box 190, Red Lion, PA 17356, OR drop it off at our office.  If you choose to drop it off at our office, feel free to use the after-hours slot at the front of our building marked “Payments”.
  3. The sign will not be reserved in your name UNTIL we receive the completed application in our office.

  Overhead Sign & Banner Application
Submit your completed application and $10.00 check (payable to Red Lion Borough) to Red Lion Borough Office, P.O. Box 190, 11 E. Broadway, Red Lion, PA 17356.  The permit will NOT be approved unless you have an approved PennDOT permit.

  Water & Sewer Signup  NOTE:  We bill sewer for Red Lion BOROUGH residences only.  If you live in another municipality, you need to contact that municipality in order to set up your sewer service.

Direct Debit Signup  Register now for automatic bill payment of your Red Lion Municipal Authority water/sewer and water bills.  Beginning approximately in February, 2010, your payment will be deducted automatically on the 18th of each month through our direct debit program if you sign up for this service.  When you sign up, you will still receive a bill in the mail, and it will indicate the amount that will be deducted from your bank account.
