RED LION MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY
A RESOLUTION
INCREASING WATER RATES AND OTHER CHARGES FOR
FURNISHING WATER SERVICE FROM THE WATER SYSTEM
OF RED LION MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Red Lion Municipal Authority, in accordance with authority vested in it by law, desires to increase rates and other charges for the supply of water from the Water System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Red Lion Municipal Authority, as follows:
SECTION 1. Effective with all bills for water service rendered on or after January 1, 2000, pursuant to this Section 1, the Authority hereby fixes, adopts, establishes and imposes for water service the following rates and charges:
(A) For all water delivered to Consumers for each Property located within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Red Lion, York County, Pennsylvania, the following rates and charges shall apply:

| For first 3,000 gallons | $5.01 per 1,000 gallons Minimum of $15.03 per quarter |
| 3,001 - 10,000 gallons | $3.36 per 1,000 gallons |
| Over 10,000 gallons | $2.71 per 1,000 gallons |
Notwithstanding the rates scheduled above, the following minimum quarterly charges are hereby established for rates and charges applicable under this subsection A:

1 ½ inch 52.10 15,000 gallons

6 inches 1,095.45 400,000 gallons
8 inches 1,908.45 700,000 gallons
The following quarterly charges are hereby established for sprinkler connections for rates and charges applicable under this subsection A:
6 inches or less $39.15
8 inches or less $79.77
10 inches or less $141.61
(B) For all water delivered to Consumers for each Property located outside the municipal boundaries of the Borough, the following rates and charges shall apply:

Notwithstanding the rates scheduled above, the following minimum quarterly charges are hereby established for rates and charges applicable under this subsection B:
